It is either BRM or B.R.M. In the catalog it is listed as BRM but on the box is B.R.M. Anyway this is the second MB 52 which was another racing car. This one was made from 1965-1969. The box is an E style which means 1965-1968 (or 1967 depending on who you ask).
This one is missing the #5 decal that goes on the front hood. Luckily there is nice guy in England who makes all sorts of spare parts for Matchbox cars.
There is a red version of this model which I posted a few years back. It came in the G4 gift set that featured various Matchbox race cars. It also fit in the King Size K-5 Racing Car Transporter.

Very handsome race car fort, love this type
I have been advised that Graham Hill's was BRG, so this must be a private entrant ' car. So ccol.
That's one of the BEST Matchbox cars I've seen. And with it's original box. Very nice!
Thank you very much Newfld.

I believe the B.R is for Brabham Repco, as Hot wheels made a similar model
