I'm looking to see what type of wrench this is. It is rusted and found in a sunken ship.

With the "Liquid" logo on it, this wrench was likely specifically meant as a 'tank wrench', for use with compressed gas tanks/lines/valves/etc. as found on torch welding (and other types of) of equipment.
