Those are the coolest chairs I've seen in a long time! How many did you get? Where did you score them? Thanks for sharing

      Thanks!
I thought they were very unique.
Found them at a Vintage Market in central Florida.
No storage inside, but very cool indeed.
Wife says it looks like Jetsons furniture. :-)

It is a commercial salon or manicurist chair in the cone style of Vernor Panton. Not sure the brand possibly Belvedere. If it is aluminum it is probably from the 60s, and if it is powder coated steel then it is from the late 70's or later.

Update: Its difficult to let go of an unsolved mystery! It seems there is a possibility this chair is an Eames creation although the source is vague and unverifiable from where I stand. There is a similar style dinette set on eBay now under the title "Eames, Space Age, Vintage Industrial Strength, Steel & Glass Kitchen Table."

Update: I recently discovered a company "Haworth" that manufactures a similarly unique chair. The style instantly reminded me of your chairs, even if not an exact match. Perhaps it is a vintage discontinued Haworth style?
