I bought this vase thinking it to be Kralik and the same shape as the orange/ spatter vase pictured with it in image two. The shape is the same except for the height of the base.......so may be it is Kralik but from different moulds. The shape pictured with it in image three also appears in the Kralik décor of red with bottom up black and white spatter.
Whatever their origins may be their bases show them to be from the same maker.
Height 17 cm./6.75 inches
I would agree that they are Kralik, and variations on the same mold.

I think there could be two makers to the zigzag shapes- kralik made them as tall as 12"
Maybe, Kralik1928. If it is relevant the spatter ones are much thicker walled than the orange one in image two.
