I realize this is an older post, so you may have already found answers to your questions. If not:
She (spinning wheels are generally female) is a castle-style upright wheel, and a lovely example. It looks as if she’s missing a distaff; if so that would indicate an original purpose of spinning flax. Otherwise she appears complete and would likely be easily adjusted to spin again if you wanted her to be in usable condition. The flyer does not seem to match the wood used in the rest of the wheel and may be a replacement.
Looking closer at that flyer, it’s obviously a replacement from a SWSO (non-functional “spinning wheel shaped object”). This significantly reduces the value. A quality reproduction by a wheel restorer typically runs around $350.
This is a Hungarian piece. You can see that your rod is missing what makes the flax tow and the drive gear connecting the two wheels, which in most cases is a simple asparagus. otherwise the spinning wheel is nice. http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-pR6nl9HVRKM/Tqs0cpR3QuI/AAAAAAAAAoE/6bqTC6-ZbaY/s1600/mazurekbig2.jpg
