Hi all, just found this awesome gun at a flea market. I can’t seem to find any info about it online, any idea what company made this?

The initials "IXL" probably refer to a well known company that manufactured pocket knives many years ago Those knives are very collectible today and priced accordingly. Your gun would be extremely rare; I have never seen anything like it.
As to value I do not know. I would hold on to it as the value will likely only go up.
Cast Iron Cap Gun, possibly by Ives.
You might find something about yours on http://www.nicholscapguns.com
It's a vintage IXL Cast Iron salesman's model. Put that in Google and you should find more info

A child's toy cap gun not a salesman sample . Nice find
Here is one for sale NOT that seller is right on price and rarity as that term is used all the time on ebay and seller's can make up any price
