Macau hand painted stretch vase, with a nice iridescence. Lovely pastel colours. Unfortunately the little knob on the very top had come off in transit. Took some photos, and told the vendor I had found it had been glued on. Long story short, I was credited cost of vase and shipping. I tried Crazy Glue but didn't work. I can kind'a stand the knob on the vase, but a breath and it would topple. (No other cracks, crazing, flea bites or chips ;>\ )

They're missing a lot of categories to pick - would have put this under Chinese Porcelain, or Chinese Vase.

It's recommended to wet the 2 pieces with water first when using crazy glue on ceramics. I personally like using clear 'marine' silicone. I found it worked great on a glass item i broke ( a fishes fin ), and it is a strong bond. Clean up of the residue was easy too after it dried.

      Really nice, Gillian!
For the knob, clean thoroughly the previous residues before regluing as Collectomaniac advised :-)
