Not sure exactly how old but it looks like it has Gazelles and maybe made of gold and silver. The design on the pill box looks as an African type painting. Bought it at an auction. The pill box measures 1 1/8 inches and has no markings on it to give me any information such as age, purity, or designer? If anyone knows more about where I might be able to find more info about this item, would be appreciated Thanks for looking.
