    eccoti accontentato,l,interno e rivestito con una bruttissima carta ma sotto e tutta quercia,ogni informazione sulla sua origine mi sarà sicuramente utile per farlo tornare come doveva essere sono sicuro per come e strutturato al suo interno che e mancante di parti mobili come vassoio e accessori ne vorrei sapere di più se possibile.

      OK, from the trunk latches on the front , I believe your trunk is from around 1890's to early 1900's, it was also what they called a crystallized tin, yours looks to have been gold in color, gold was the most popular color. Not sure, but it looks to have been repapered on the inside at some point, because I don't see any tray rails in the bottom and I don't see any signs of doors or what they called a glove or jewelry box in the top and I'am sure there was at one time, there were many different configurations for the inside, look on line for one similar to yours with the two dividers in the top, this should give some ideas, I don't believe J.H. Sessions built trunks themselves but they did make trunk hardware that was used by many trunk manufacturers, and like I said without a makers label, hard to say who made it, hope this helps, greendog.
