Rare 1940 Bucharest Consular issued Italian occupied Albanian passport for elderly couple living in Bucharest Romania. Renewed three times between 1941-44 at the Italian consulate in Bucharest- the last being in June 1944 good through June 1945 by the Italian consul under the RSI with rare RSI fascist stamp -wow! Also the face page is over-stamped by same RSI consul to block out the Royal Salutation - fabulous! Never seen one of these before with stamps in my 18 years of collecting passports. I'm very fortunate indeed.
