Happy Easter!
This was one of my Flea Market finds today. A vintage yellow Pacific Pottery 13" chop plate, marked on the back E13 inside a half circle MADE IN USA The mark threw me a little, a normal Pacific Pottery mark, would have PACIFIC on the top half of the circle mark, with the number on the inside of the circle, but others on-line, of this 13" Pacific chop plate were also marked made in USA with out the Pacific, over the top, so I guess it's correct! :^D This plate is in great condition, with no scratch marks, cracks, or chips, for a plate that's almost 80yrs old, amazing, also a perfect color for Easter! >:*)
Thank you artfoot(Harry) for the name of the Pacific Pottery Dinnerware line "Arcadia"
Thank you for looking, all questions, and comments welcome! :^)
One of the collectible California Pottery "clan"in a cool hue,
Thank you for the comment Lois, very nice to have you stop by, and give some love too! :^)
The "E" numbers designate a Pacific dinnerware line called "Arcadia". Some of the underside marks have the line name, some have the company name, and some, like yours, have no name. I don't know if there is a reason why.
Thank you Harry, the second I saw it, I knew what it was, even though it was filthy, but wondered why it didn't say PACIFIC, no mater, the price was right! :^)
Kevin, thank you for the love, I hope you had a nice Easter! :^)
Hey Anik, nice to have you check this beautiful Pacific chop plate out, and love it too! Thank you! :^)
