Just a guess; Croatia or Romania.

The more I think about it my first guess would be Slovenia

It is a Crusader Cross Templar coin dating from 1100-1300. There is one currently selling on eBay.

The kingdom of Slavonia, now part of Croatia. Definitely not a Crusader or Templar coin. Don't trust eBay descriptions unless you know the person making them. I do not have a book on these but they are often found listed in European auction catalogs and are usually small size silver coins. Both sides of your coin can be found as Slavonia in the Neubecker/Rentzmann book on coats of arms published by Battenberg.
