I cannot read the signature, but it's something like 'Leanolithe' and a '3'. can anyone else make it out better than me? is it a California piece? or maybe European? it's a pretty piece. it's 7 inches tall. i got it for $1.50 at Goodwill.

I love these flower holder maidens Pete, and have a lot of them, that are California pottery, but I can't help with figuring out who made this now, because I'm up at Tahoe, and just on my lap top, and with no books either. I'll check when I get back home though, maybe art.pottery can help, if he sees it! :^)

I was looking at the base of this piece under a very bright light and i made out the words under it. It says 'Lolita' and the number 3 and very faintly around the edge, it has in script 'California'. I think it's California Faience, but not certain. any idea?
