(1778 items)
Along with the swizzle stick sets I posted last week and some glassware (still in boxes someplace) I think this posting basically shows the rest of my "collection" of ABSOLUT VODKA branded items. Frankly I've never really *intended* to develop such a collection...but while otherwise looking around for MAKER'S MARK BOURBON things (which I do sorta actively collect) I realized I probably also had enough ABSOLUT stuff to qualify as an official "collection", too...?? <lolol>
In the background is a black ABSOLUT KURANT long sleeved men's button front shirt, screen printed with "ABSOLUT KURANT" in white on one sleeve and a purple currant-berry graphic on the other. The label inside its collar carries the standard "ABSOLUT Country of Sweden VODKA" logo, and the only other tag inside identifies it as 100% cotton and 'made in Hong Kong". I found it in a thrift store in the mid 1990's IIRC.
Everything else here is basically variations of 50ml single-serving bottles. The two boxed sets are a 4pc ABSOLUT MINI BAR (foreground, blue box) with one each of ABSOLUT [plain], ABSOLUT CITRON, ABSOLUT KURANT, and ABSOLUT PEPPAR -- and a 5pc ABSOLUT MINI BAR TRIAL PACK with one each ABSOLUT MANDARIN, ABSOLUT CITRON, ABSOLUT [plain], ABSOLUT HIBISKUS, and ABSOLUT CILANTRO.
The four loose bottles are a (red) ABSOLUT RASPBERRI, ABSOLUT [plain] with an AMTRAK purchase-seal still intact on it, ABSOLUT MANDARIN, and (in front) an ABSOLUT PEPPAR with perforated shaker-top. I do not know if that last one might have once had an "ABSOLUT SALT" mate, though I certainly hope there was never an actual ABSOLUT SALT flavored vodka...?? <eeek>
Speaking of 'flavors', I also do not know if the HIBISCUS, CILANTRO, and RASPBERRI are currently available varieties...only that I haven't personally found/tasted them if so...
[EDIT to answer my own question there -- checking the ABSOLUT website seems to indicate that all three of those flavors (as well as some 2 dozen other varieties) are currently produced...availability, of course, likely varies by one's location...]

I will dig out my old cocktail book, ready to try it all out.

[and I've already shown most of my cocktail pitchers/decanters, though there are still *boxfuls* of glasses/shot glasses/etc to come...?]
