The latest addition to my small collection of Auburn rubber vehicles. This one is a smaller scale than the others, looks to be about half the size or so. Length is about 4 1/2" inches.
Back in the 1950s this was a cheap dimestore toy. Now it is a cool old cheap dimestore toy. This is one of those things that get better with age. Helps that it is based on the classic style of early 1950s vehicles. Would not work so well if it were a 1980s truck.
Last photo has all my Auburn vehicles together.
Cool colour too, looks great in the mix.
Does the rubber go hard Fort?
That is definitely a cool color!! And a great collection of Auburn rubber toy vehicles.
Very nice collection! I love your narratives, too. Always so humorous and informative.
Thank you very much racer4four. None of mine have gone hard.

Thank you SEAN68.
Beautiful color, I have a few rubber toys. A couple that look like World War 1 soldiers, and a few trains. I have them in my storage and will have to check but I think at least one of the trains was an Auburn. When I find them I'll post.
