This is an unusual and possibly quite rare Kralik décor on this knuckle bowl.
Deep green spots with aventurine over a purple and pink spatter.
I've never been a big collector of Kralik bowls as they are just tricky to display, they just take up too much space - vases are easier.
However these particular bowls I do like as they are almost as deep as they are wide.
Very pretty-lovely combination of purple and green!
BEAUTIFUL Colors!

You are returning in fine style, Phil!
Phil, great shape and decor with a frosted finish too. I try to encourage good collectors but sometimes you see a piece that makes ya want to collect marbles or stained glass... this is one of those
THANKS J - Nice compliment from one of the best!!

Gorgeous colour combination, makes me think of a shady garden carpeted with moss & violets. Well done on such a great find!
To Malkey, IronLace and valentino: Thank you for your likes comments and COLOURFUL descriptions!!!
The colors of this bowl are just amazing!! The deep purple and greens are gorgeous together. I don't think I have ever seen one of these in a matte finish, either. This is a great piece, Phil!
This bowl is remarkable. The top pink and purple spatter and the satin finish very much remind me of a decor by Welz. I'm interested to learn. What is the reason you firmly attributed it to Kralik?
Hi Wow
The 'profile' of this knuckle is easily identifiable as Kralik. this particular knuckle profile is more often seen on footed pieces. Here are a couple of links to the same shaped pieces whose décor is definitively identifiable as Kralik: a stripes and spots and a glue-chip. I'm sure if I looked hard enough I might be able to find better examples.
