That's a nice C&F trunk. Based on the lock style, I'd say this one is from the early 1900 period. C&F trunks were some of the best American made trunks available at the time. I have a C&F lady's hat trunk in my collection.

Judging by the lock that's on it 1890's to early 1900's, greendog.
