One of the best psychedelic advertising pieces I have seen. 1960's Psychedelic retail store sign / banner "Fashion Flare Up" advertising Botany 500. Measures approx. 20" x 25". Still retains the the original band on the bottom and the original band on the top with hanger. One of the issues with paper posters is most have been rolled up for years - and this has that issue and the subsequent horizontal creases that com with it. Still find it such an appealing visual worth overlooking the imperfections. Not that many survive in any condition.
Weird to see a businessman surrounded by all that funky psychedelia! Super square Botany 500 was trying to attract the younger set - I remember seeing their name in the credits for Mannix & other suited gent shows
Super neat Poster !!! I posted that book with a wierd cover here:

I used to have a crushed velvet angel wings embroidery shirt that I wore, I do not know what happened to that. I also had some of my Black Light groovy velvet posters ( puppy and zodiacs ) that I had hanging on the wall in my room with a black light used. We also had some of those Black velvet posters where you got to color in parts of it with some flourscent makers. I do not have my posters anymore, but I wish I did !!!!!
* flourscent makers = meant to say MARKERS *
