Yes, I still buy McCoy Pottery, when I can find it at a good price, and in the condition that this one was in! :^D
This McCoy two handle vase is in great condition! It's 9 1/2" tall and 5 1/2" wide, with the McCoy mark barely readable under the white glaze, that also covers the bottom of the vase. For a piece that's over 70years old, that looks like this, was well worth the small price that I paid for it, at the Flea Market on Mother's Day 5/13/2018.
Thanks for looking, and all comments, or questions are welcome! :^)
Good job KKK, first one to see this real McCoy, and love it too! Thank you! :^)
Brian, Mike, and Thomas, thank you for checking out my new piece, of old McCoy Pottery, and loving it too! :^)
Thank you for looking at, and loving this Mary! Always good to have! :^)
good find! this was probably made no later than 1948. the larger M is on the earlier versions of the mark, as well as a more rounded large C
i've picked up a textured planter and an orange fruit planter at my local antique store for less than $5 for BOTH! The orange planter itself was easily a 60 buck piece
also found a lovebirds wall pocket at a garage sale for 1.25 and obviously it was in perfect shape. can't beat that!
Thank you for the comments and the love McCoyNelson, there are still good buys out there, if you have the eye, at the right place! :^D It sure looks that's been the case for you! Nice finds yourself! :^)
Thank you much LovelyPat, for the love! :^)
