      Nice, thanks for posting! :^D This is the lobster themed line of buffet serving ware that Brad Keeler made in the 1940's-1950's, and the red color of the glaze was developed by his company, ahead of the rest of the industry. Crab server pieces were also made to utilize the brilliant red color! This information I got from California Pottery Scrapbook, by Jack Chipman. Who is an expert in California pottery, and also a very nice man that I was lucky enough to meet at the Los Angeles Pottery Show in Pasadena, California, about 8 years ago! :^)
