Again these photographs were taken at the Flea Market, because the sellers needed to find out more about it, before they would sell.
The Bracelet looks to be Silver, Coin, or Sterling, I don't know. It all looks hand made by a Craftsman, with different parts, soldered together, not cast, and I think the stone is Picture Jasper, but not sure about that either. It's marked on the back, with the letters G L A T scratched in, a makers mark, or just the owners mark?

Thanks Thomas, Ruby red it is! On some of the sites that posted these types of Bracelets, these stones were called Petrified Wood Jasper! :^D
