This is a vase that is almost impossible to date. Image two shows the same décor on a Life Light and a vase without rigaree, but not what I'd think of as either Victorian or Art Deco. Image three shows the same shape in a Victorian décor and an Art Deco décor i.e. Zigzag Lines. Image four is an old photo but shows quite a range of décors on the four variations in this shape family.
