Asian jardineire, foo dogs, lions?

One more Asian item I know nothing about, other than that's it's a jardineire, I think. It's 13" tall and wide at the top, tapering to about 10 at the base. Incised decoration of dogs/lions and geometrical stamps around the rim. I assume it to be MCM export piece but not sure. No makers mark on it. The base has good aged look to it but I realize this can be faked all to easily. Thoughts??
