@racer4four. Yeah. She's definitely up for the job on most days! I grew up welding and grinding in flipflops, so I guess she'll do the same. (Nah, probably not. But a dad can dream)

Turns out it is a cheese press...
I keep bringing home different types of churns and presses and really like this one! Great find, especially at a thrift store.
Seriously, if anyone know what this type of printing is called, I'd really like to know!
It's 12.5" high and weighe'd about 15lbs! I loved it but a gentleman in Paris offered too much Money to turn down... Maybe I'll keep my next one ;-)
The same kid seen sitting in it was the one to bring it to an end. He rocked too far back and both sides broke when it hit the floor... not my happiest moment. Oh well, you win some you lose some
