HELP? What is this? Blue glass jelly jar?

I just picked this up today with 8 boxes of kerr and ball jars. It is approx 3.5 inches tall and is a light blue color. It has B50 on the first line, then 4 characters (im not sure what language they are) then the number 4 and a large space with 11: I'd like to know any information about this if any one know.
