A Merganser by R.W.Black ‘86
Trying to find out who is this R.W.Black and where is he from.....the hollowed body decoy was apparently carved in 1986. It is in pristine condition.....would love to find the Male bird to pair them up. Have only seen 2 birds going for auction before.....different species. If any one knows anything about who this decoy maker is and where is he from, please post the info. Thanks.
