Picked this little obscure padlock up at a local outdoor flea market.
Segal lock company was started in the early 1920s by a NYPD detective named Samuel Segal. I believe this padlock is one of the earlier styles that were manufactured by this company. The key is not original but it locks and it only cost a few bucks. Measures approximately 4 1/2 inches x 2 1/2 inches made of brass. Thanks for looking.
