I'm not sure that this mug is blown molded, or just blown glass, with a polished pontil. The flower, and Washington D. C. are raised from the surface, and silver washed, making me think that it was acid etched, leaving the lettering and design raised, and the glass with a satin finish. It may be 1880s or older, but could be early 1900s, judging by the design, and lettering, but couldn't find anything like it!
The mug is 4 1/4" high, and 2 1/2" across the top, the handle is 2 7/8"h x 1 3/8"from the mug, and about 1/2" wide. I put tissue in it to show the design
