Asian incense holder

Not really sure what it is. I think it’s a 4 3/4 inch incense holder with a repeat design of a flower in each section. The little tap with a hold through the middle makes me believe you put a single incense stick through the top to the scented liquid in the container. I took a picture of the mark from China, which I can’t find anything on.. I don’t think it’s old, but the glaze is well done. If theirs another function or anybody knows the company that produced. That would be great, thanks.
