This vase stands around 10 1/2" (26.6 cm) tall with a base diameter of 3 1/2" (8.9 cm). The top rim of the yellow vase has an added clear rigaree and transparent cobalt looping crown. The style and tooling of the crown on this piece is very much the same as the crown on the spattered lamp shade looking piece in picture 4.
I'm not really familiar with the "bride's bank" tradition. I don't know if these taller vases were used in the same way or if the added crown is there to aid flower arranging.
The crown would certainly facilitate floral arrangements - & also to make the vase look fabulously flamboyant! Great piece!
