Hello everyone.
Bit of a change of pace here.......some of my favourite family pictures to show you.
The 1st one is a hand coloured photo of my older sister and I in our chenille dressing gowns, probably 1954 or thereabouts and in the original frame too.
The 2nd one shows Mum and Dad with "The Tribe"..as us kids were called lol! I am second to the right of Dad. This is from May 1968 and was our last holiday with all of us together as a family. I turned 16 on this holiday :-)
The 3rd one shows our Mum with our grandparents, guessing 1940s here.

Fantastic family pix Judy, what a great looking family including you! I love these type of pictures (those hand colored ones were so cool), have several myself in photo albums, they bring back so many wonderful memories. It's so nice to have both sisters and brothers, that's a great picture with everyone lined up, you all look very happy & maybe headed for the beach or pool. Thanks for sharing a really special post

Hi jenni, thank you! I hoped you would like these. The group photo always makes me smile, lots of memories of our holidays every year at the beach and the last swim before winter set in. The youngest brother lives near me now and he spends ages looking at this photo when he comes over as he was only about 4 when it was taken and doesn't remember our holidays at all!

Lol thanks Roy, I guess he has in this photo from all the football he played and he was always very fit! Poor Dad was so sick in this photo with cancer and there were no more holidays as a complete family:........pretty sure he would have had a go at an alligator if there was one about!!:-) )
