This beauty was attributed to Durand on eBay, but my guess is that it is Loetz Cobalt Norma.
It also resembles a vase in Blau Iris on Loetz.com, but this one has more yellow in it.
Does anyone know the difference between Cobalt Norma and Blau Iris?
Perhaps the yellow powder used for Norma? Blau Iris is mentioned once or twice on Loetz.com, but I can't find a clear description.

Thanks for sharing this example - it has those mysterious little dark spots that we see occasionally. I'm still trying to figure out what that technique is called.
