Gold or Alloy?

Hi. Does this item have gold, an alloy or a combination of both? Hard to tell from pictures, of course, but please venture a guess. No tags or writings on it. The shiny part weighs 1.2 ozs. and the whole thing 2.6 ozs. Home tests: Not magnetic. Sinks in water. No tarnish except on top rim. I'd love to hear anyone's thoughts. Thanks.
