Picked up this 1950’s restored Eco air meter at the 127 longest yard sale. It’s fits right in with my other stuff in the garage. Got it for a good price 1/2 of what they go for on Ebay today. It’s more for display and not for use. Just got the air hose to complete the look.

I love it and it does fit in well with the display. I notice the Gulf sign with 23.9 price. I remember as a kid it was 17.9 cents a gallon. Dad would give me two dimes and a glass gallon jug to go get him gas for the mower. I got to keep the 2 cents change and 2 cents got you four pieces of penny candy. Also the air was free and the air pump was outside an on 24/7 even when the garage was closed. Brings back fond memories of better times in this life.
