    This is a relatively early (1980) lava vase by Charles Lotton in opal glass with blue/green iridescent lava decoration. Signatures on these can be hard to see, but this one is properly signed "Charles Lotton 1980". The last photo shows the group of three lava pieces in my collection - from L to R: Golden Cypriot vase with Gold luster lava swirl decoration, 1979, Selenium Red Mottled Cypriot Vase with Gold Luster Lava decoration, 1978, and this vase, as described above.
