    I saw this very interesting lamp and pedestal combination but have no idea what style and decade it belongs to. It looks made of brass and glass. The pedestal has a marble top. Any ideas? This is my first post, by the way.

      Welcome to CW with your 1 st post . The base of lamp and shade don't look like they were meant to be together ? I don't know but shade appears newer than lamp base . Unusual for sure . Hope to see you post more in future :-)

      Mani is right, both seem to be 1970's. but someone made this a very bad marriage !~
