.925 silver cat pendant

This little .925 silver cat with ruby eyes is about 1.75" high x .75" wide. The tail has three marks "925", something that looks like the McDonalds Golden Arches (TM), but overlapping, and an oval/circle/leaf next to a capital "M" or "H". Had to use a bore light and jewelers loupe to see these and my camera got only so so images of the marks. Not up to my usual standards, it is pretty thin, but hey, silver and rubies. I don't know where to buy good jewelry in Central Illinois. This came from a funky little boutique that used to be in walking distance of my house, now a tattoo parlor. Does anyone recognize the marks? Silver content and then /Shop/craftsman? Maybe Hecho en Mexico? I'm a sucker for cats.
