A RARE PAIRING: LOETZ/RICHARD IN WHITE WITH BLUE CAMEO, NO PN

I call this piece "rare" because I have only seen three and this is the first one in my collection. I got it when I realized I had a larger one in the same shape. It came with a Japanese base and measures 4 1/8 inches in height by approximately 3.75 inches wide at its widest point, not including it. Feature a lovely flower and vine form. No PN so far.
