Wood Chinese man serving figure.

I'm not sure this is the right category for this post. Perhaps the administrator could help me. I'm not even sure what to call it. It is wood and from the style and its political incorrectness, I assume it's vintage or antique. Perhaps it is an ashtray, match holder, for fortune cookies, etc? Assume it was used in a restaurant. Size is 36' x 12" x 1". Has a stand base. Any additional information would be appreciated. Thanks.

PS: I'm no computer expert, so could someone tell me why if the photo in MY PICTURES is upright it often shows up sideways when I upload it to Collectors Weekly? Even if I rotate it before uploading, it still does that. Thanks.
