The recent FOHBC National Bottle Show was a huge success! We had 297 dealer tables! Read all about it over on the Findlay Club's website -- finbotclub.blogspot.com
Here are just a few pix. The first two show some of my personal Lima Ohio bottles. The first is an "artsy" digitally modified shot of some rare bottles I have. The second shows the selection of embossed Lima bottles that I displayed at the Nat'l Bottle Show.
The next 2 pix show just part of the beautiful, well-lit showroom. The show was held at the Roberts centre in Wimington Ohio. The showroom was HUGE - tons of space for all the dealer tables, with really wide aisles - none of the usual gridlock you get in a more crowded show.
I "live-blogged" the 3-day event, sending in pix and posts from my cell phone, trying to cover all the activities. There were meetings, seminars, a banquet, and auction, and 2 show days. It was so much fun.
Please head over to the website and read all the posts. You'll have to click the "older posts" at the bottom of each page, to go back in time - I think I did over 30 posts!
Now we're looking forwards to the Findlay Club's annual bottle show in October -- hope to see all you bottle collectors there!
Here's the link to the Findlay Club website - we were the host club, and responsible for putting on the show, along with the FOHBC. Jamie Houdeshell was the show chairman.

The FOHBC is the national organization of bottle collectors and bottle clubs. The initials stand for: Federation of Historical Bottle Collectors.
Remember, you can click on the picks to enlarge them.
Just a reminder -- there's a big antique show this weekend - several bottle dealers set up there - http://www.collectorsweekly.com/events/3968-urbana-ohio-antique-show-and-flea-mark
