Frankhoma Pottery produced many commemorative items. It just so happens that Oklahoma's 50th anniversary occurred the same year I graduated high school in Texas. I found the commemorative plate in a antique mall in Oklahoma during the 1990s The salt and pepper shakers were a recent EBay contribution to my collection.
