I have been working on this trunk for a time now and I have completed the first of many sanding work on the front and side. I am thinking I want to protect this a little more than Tung oil will do and a dark color. I want the accents to be darker than the base but I am not sure how dark to go and keep the feeling of it's age.
Any suggestions of stain colors for the trunk?
