The Mysterious Silver Maker Mark

I found a rather large dish at a thrift store today. The only marking I can find is the one photographed. It’s not Sheffield Silver Co. or Continental Silver Co. the markings look very similar to each other. This is the only photo I took, I didn’t buy the piece.
