    1930s Elgin bike,I think the model is a Clipper,not sure about that.This bike was complete,except for the tank and fenders when I got it,all it needed was a rear tire to be ridable.

      Nice bike Beau,
      my dad had one like that, said he had a lambs wool seat cover on it for comfort, on the 10 mile ride he had to make to the bus stop everyday! Truth about the ride everyday, I don't know, but probably so. It was a good story he told, to try and get us to school! :^)
