This tray measures about 10.5" in diameter and 5.5" high. Thrift shop find today, marked down 75%, so I paid about $.75 for it. Thinking Westmoreland based on the hand painting, but just a guess. The bright light washes it out a bit. Orange and hand painting colors are deeper.
Very neat. I have never seen one like this:)
Thanks for your comment, freheit! I had not seen this color and finish combination before, either.

very nice, congruent nice contraire fade out, excellent frosty
haha don,t run this at home without depakine
what i wondered , but i am not skilled in this type of glass, a sort of depression glass , but it does not sense because this is a frosty
American 1930s Tiffin satin glass line most likely. The color is unusual for Tiffin.
tiffin glass that,s a good addendum , i have not thought of that , make sense , it also explain the depression glass probably
Thanks for you comments apostata and Lisa! I had considered Tiffin, but not found anything similar enough. The handle on these servers is often the key in identifying the maker. I will revisit this one as it has been some time since I gave up on identifying the maker.
might consider Liberty Works:
