Vintage Marching ?? Award

Hi CW Gang ~

Bought this as I just thought it was interesting and looked old. I think it is for a marching Band as the USA is big on marching bands. Seems to have some age to it, and when I looked around I did see some ribbons like this on awards from around the 1930's to 1950's era. So not really sure of the age of this. Nothing has any marks on it. Back Pin looks Brass. Any other info is more than Welcomed. I just thought it was neat for less than a $ 1.00. Why not get it .... LOL
