I found this at a junk shop today. It's just under 4 inches across and has written on the back 'TM & Co. Dr. Seuss' and 'Official Movie Merchandise' around 'The Cat'. i've never seen one of these and am not sure what it is exactly. ??

Its a Charm for bracelet or necklace. Top of arm is were a loop would have been to hook on chain .
