Got some cool pieces there. I see a Ka-Bar, the long one is rather valuable, it's a US bayonet. I was thinking WWI but looks like a WWII scabbard. And the one with the curved hand guard is WWII Japanese.

The first pic is a trench art lighter it looks like.
    3. Shanezook Shanezook, 6 years ago
The long one has 1913 on one side
    4. AnythingObscure AnythingObscure, 6 years ago
      The lighter DOES look interesting?!
    5. blunderbuss2 blunderbuss2, 6 years ago
Actually, I think these lighters were commercially made. They may have been copied in the trenches out of boredom. Any markings ?

What is the strap looking thing with the Nazi Youth Corp. emblem ? leather or what?
    7. Shanezook Shanezook, 6 years ago
The strap is leather and the Nazi symbols are stitched on I think it was a helmet strap

The long bayonet is an Enfield bayonet. The US used some Enfield rifles in WWI although the usual rifle for the US was the Springfield.

The idea of a kid in a Nazi helmet with swastikas on his cheeks like an allies propaganda cartoon. LOL ! The round tin thing looks like a rusty reflector for a lamp etc.. Makes you wonder why that's with the other things.
    10. Shanezook Shanezook, 6 years ago
Ok the lighter does have PAT APL’D For Novitas sales co. Waltham, Mass.
    11. Shanezook Shanezook, 6 years ago
The rusty thing was a burn tray or heating lamp lol it was my grandfathers from WWI a friend of mine who was in Vietnam soon after my father gave me some info but not much!
    12. Shanezook Shanezook, 6 years ago
The thought of our military of WWI with swastickas on his face is hilarious! But I think it’s a boot strap from the German war! WWI
    13. Shanezook Shanezook, 6 years ago
Blunderbuss the strap is what had me puzzled the most because it’s the unusual piece I’ll take a pic of it unfolded!
    14. Shanezook Shanezook, 6 years ago
I took a better picture of the strap and I also added a pic of the actual foot locker!
    15. Shanezook Shanezook, 6 years ago
I am also interested in appraisals also to see what they are worth in value!
    16. blunderbuss2 blunderbuss2, 6 years ago
Even a boot-strap with swastikas raises visions of cartoon propaganda. I'll give you 2 goats for it & you cover postage.
