Durand Red & White Moorish Crackle Vase c.1925

This decor was developed by the Durand Art glass Co.
It is a difficult process with different layers of glass :
1. amber base glass
2. white glass layer over the amber
3. red glass over the white layer
4. then the vase is dipped in water to get the crackle effect.
