    This VIVE camera has no indication of what model it is. It is not mentioned in the '92-'93 edition of McKeown's that I have and is not listed in a 1897 VIVE catalog that I have.
    A standard 4 X 5 film holder can be inserted from the side. I see no provision for multiple film holders as in the Models 1 - 5.
    It does not have a magazine for plates or a mechanical plate changing mechanism .
    Focus is achieved by telescoping the camera with a metal sleeve.
    The number 167 is stamped into the wood of the rear door.
